Bayer sponsoring bilingual program for prostate cancer education

Bayer sponsoring bilingual program for prostate cancer education
Bayer is sponsoring a series of 15 bilingual prostate cancer education and screening events throughout the Los Angeles county area with the Real Men Cook Foundation for Early Detection of Prostate Cancer, according to Bayer. Bayer and the foundation are sponsoring and running the events, which will use open forums conducted in English and Spanish to educate men about prostate cancer awareness, screening, and treatment. The program will also provide free consultations and confidential prostate cancer screenings to men 40 years and older. The Real Men Cook Foundation's Web site features a video about prostate cancer awareness. Bayer makes the prostate cancer treatment Viadur.
